I am finally free!!!!!!!!!!!! No studies, no jobs, no duties, only doing what I want to do!!!! A very nice feeling!!!! It's a pity this period will be short!!!!

So I just read and watch what I find interesting and important, I just care and think and pray about the events happening in Lithuania and throughout all the world.
The good news is that the economy of Lithuania has rapidly improved.
The bad thing is that the situation of working women has got worse in comparison with 2003. There are much more unemployed women than men. There is a considerably bigger number of male managers than female managers. Though research indicates that female managers in information age give bigger value to a company because they are more flexible and empower employees more than male managers.
You probably know that one of my dreams is to have my own consulting company and I will see if God blesses this plan...
