Yesterday in Enschede, a city situated in the eastern part of the Netherlands, near a border with Germany, we had Praise & Worship event (šlovinimo vakarą).
The theme of the eve was "Lift Him Up".
The band played and no matter what their voices
people worshipped Jesus
It was amazing to see, hear & feel
how people in the room lift Him up
and how they become lifted themselves
The preacher talked how simple is the Gospel -
The good news:
Jesus came to the world
Was lifted on the cross as the sacrificial lamb
Died for our sins
Your sins/my sins
and resurrected
To rebuild our relationship with God
To break our bondage & slavery to darkness
To set us free
He made it happen
It is now so simple:
You want a new life?
Revive from the Spirit: accept Jesus as your saviour
and ask for forgiveness
And from the moment you are reborn in the Spirit,
Holy Spirit abides in you,
No matter how you FEEL,
strong and lifted or down in the spirit,
God's Spirit lives in you,
SO IT IS WE,
Not the buildings or "chosen" priests,
...WE, WHO ARE THE TEMPLES OF GOD...
This is all I wanted to share for this moment.

"Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you?"
