I have finished all 4 chapters!!! Yahoo!
Now I am waiting for my mentor to get well and give me feedback on my work!
I shouldn't probably go to sleep tonight because I have to get up at 4.oo a.m. anyway!!
As I have to go to Amsterdam to the international Human Resource Development conference!
