It will be a long night with coffee and MS Word :)

I am grateful to God for the lesson He gives
through my current job.

I am thankful to be able to see and to know
what the people from lowest social class
experience
How they are treated and what they
are going through in job

I REALIZE HOW GRATEFUL I AM
TO MY PARENTS AND GOD
FOR THE POSSIBILITY
OF EDUCATION

The people working
in this packing company
do the monotonic job every day

and no one actually cares about the person
The constant employees are just glad to have a source of income

Thus, the employer and managers do not care and do not provide any
gloves or other items to protect yourself.

I've experienced a bit of it myself
and the woman who works there long
showed me her fingers:
THEY ARE TERRIBLE,
THEY HURT WHEN SHE PUTS THEM UNDER WARM WATER
SHE COULDN'T TOUCH ANYTHING WITHOUT PAIN
FOR A LONG TIME!

She told me there are some tasks
which are really difficult and dangerous
but the person is treated as a machine
by managers

We are talking about career and self-realization in job
but for them
job is something
you are happy to hear that this is going home time.
