Moters rūpestis dažnai išnaudojamas; įvairiose gyvenimo srityse: namuose, savanoriškoje veikloje bei darbe. Jos retai kada gauna padėką ar įvertinimą už tai ką daro siekdamos gerų rezultatų ir rūpindamosis kitais, ne tik savimi. Už tai ką jos atlieka nemokamai, po darbo valandų, be jokių reikalavimų ir sąlygų. Iš meilės, pareigos ir rūpestingumo.
Dažnai į jas nebūna žiūrima rimtai: ignoruojami jų pasiekimai, protingos mintys, šaunūs pasiūlymai. Dažnai jų idėjos tiesiog "pavogiamos", o jų pasiekimuose maudosi kiti.
Ar ne laikas baigti šį išnaudojimą? Ar ne laikas padėkoti ir iškelti moteris į tikrąją jų šviesą?

Woman's care is often taken for granted in various spheres of life: at home, social life and work.
They hardly receive gratefulness and appreciation for what they do for the sake of others.
For what they do voluntarily, extra, for free. From love, duty and care.
A lot of the time women are not being taken seriously: their work tasks, their ideas, their results.
Instead the demands for them increase as well as their daily/job duties + tasks.
If there is something they can't do, the blames and accusations arise.
"A work donkey" is their reward. Isn't this wrong???

My plan is to write a book about the common work scenarios and how to solve them.

Dažnai į jas nebūna žiūrima rimtai: ignoruojami jų pasiekimai, protingos mintys, šaunūs pasiūlymai. Dažnai jų idėjos tiesiog "pavogiamos", o jų pasiekimuose maudosi kiti.
Ar ne laikas baigti šį išnaudojimą? Ar ne laikas padėkoti ir iškelti moteris į tikrąją jų šviesą?
